CyberFront Corporation (株式会社サイバーフロント kabushiki gaisha saibaafuronto) was a game development and publishing company for the Sony PlayStation 2, Sony PSP, and PC platforms. The company was founded in 1998 by Shinji Fujiwara and was located in Japan. Kaga Electronics, Co. Ltd., acquired 51% of the company's shares in April, 2010 and the company became a subsidiary of Kaga Electronics. Kaga Electronics bought the remainder of the shares in March, 2013 and the company became a 100% owned subsidiary of Kaga Electronics. On December 19, 2013, an official notice of dissolution was released by the company....
