Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Links is a free-to-play, digital collectible card game developed by Konami for the iOS, Android and Microsoft Windows platforms, based on the Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game. It features characters from the entire Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters anime series.
For a casual player the base AIs are okay for learning basic play loops, and just messing around with the cards and stuff which can be fun until the local dries up and stops producing opponents to play against.
PvP duels of any kind are not worth doing, as stacked deck fusion meta, and third party hacks have made even first level casual duels are ensured...
Nothing will change...pity it started all fun and games but players we always bring back hell in order to win like their lifes depend on it .
There is no good left in people in this game stay away from it or only play with friends it would be 1000 times more enjoyable.
Rank in any level is the same 5 meta decks with meta broken skills that you wait...
Red eyes dark dragoon at 1 was *okay* but now it's at 3 and 90% of the duels are unwinnable unless you add specific cards to your deck that make you brick more often, it's sooo stupid and I'm gonna have it uninstalled until they do something about red eyes dark dragoon.
The card game itself is enjoyable. The surrounding experience is considerably less convincing.
Learning the cards and figuring out how different decks work can be satisfying, but the game can feel unwelcoming when you are still trying to understand the basics. It is difficult to enjoy a duel when you spend half of it wondering what just happened.
Good...
