100+ hours playing the JAST version and I can say with confidence that Dualtail never fails to deliver. The game is really good.

A free 18+ patch exists, but it is optional, and not necessary to enjoy the game.
Game is more expensive than most 18+ games on steam, but the quality and quantity of content that is standard for the Venusblood series makes it worth the price.
Combat and team building remains largely the same as the other games, but the higher gameplay layer is completely...
For the 144 hours I have played of this game as of time of writing, I have not detoured to play any other game.
So yes, I highly recommend it.
But I would also additionally recommend playing it for the tactical aspect.
...and playing it on hard from the start, but also only if you're willing to treat failure as a teacher - because the game does not...
This game is not ideal, but I just want to add good review because there are lot of negative ones.
In gameplay terms this game is different from other translated to English games and plays more like tower defense. You still have invade missions where your squads invade enemy base and try to beat boss.
