Following a long trail of fixes and improvements from previous patches, Pebberley Island is Two Point Hospital at its best. Rids itself from the shackles of nostalgia and truly shows what kind of interesting challenges Two Point Studios can offers to more advanced players.
The levels are once again only available when past the Femington hospital, though unlike the Bigfoot DLC the challenge posed makes this more sensical – with this being the first time I had struggled to keep a hospital profitable.
