Trapped Dead is a tactical real time strategy game in the tradition of classical evergreens such as "Commandos" and "Desperados". Players control their characters in a 3rd person isometric view through a mature Zombie survival scenario inspired by the successful Horror movies of the early 80s.

0. download both, unpack the "all-in-one" and use "install_all.bat"
1. copy "dxwnd.dxw", "dxwnd.dll", "d3d9.dll" into /bin
2. LAUNCH Game!

Doesnt work on my machine, just crashes without starting. Seems a few other people have this issue with no fixes.

Unfortunately the game doesn't work. I assume the problem is that it was made more than 15 years ago and just doesn't work on a lot of modern computers. The problem is that the game crashes immediately when you start up and there doesn't seem to be a reliable fix for the problem.
