I have no idea what this Touhou thing is, I just know it’s not edible and has something to do with the Bullet Hell negotiations. The main point is that this is one of the best pre-Nocturne-style SMT games I’ve ever played! I’m grateful to Marsh for making a video about this game. for my first dungeon crawler, i got immediatly hooked by the soundtrack and overall gameplay. now, im not really big on RPG's they usually bore me after a certain amount of time or just have very off turning mechanics. this game has kind of perfected the balance between very easy and actual strategy.
I've never played SMT, but I know Touhou, and I think people unfamiliar with either of the series will have no problem enjoying this dungeon crawler. The story isn't very deep, but the gameplay is balanced, graphics are pleasant pixel art, and as expected of a Touhou fangame, it's got a quality soundtrack. Definitely worth playing.
I had no idea what Touhou was before this game, but as a SMT fan I had so much fun. Easy recommendation for any fan of the series.
