It's Tilt Brush but with way more tools & features, like layers, exporting, & even has multiplayer

Painting in three-dimensional space is an experience that's difficult to explain until you've tried it. An incredibly liberating creative application that demonstrates what VR can accomplish beyond conventional gaming.
It's cool and free (thus the recommendation)— I just don't see myself using it much. That may change as I dig deeper, but it doesn't seem like there's a way to move strokes/meshes around, which really diminishes the potential.
Doesn't do anything, no literally. This has been abandoned and should be unlisted from steam but its still here. You can download it, but it doesn't do anything at all. If you launch it, nothing will happen.
