Thrateon is an action-role-playing game (RPG-Action) inspired by the mythology of Iran. Thrateon, which is more precisely mentioned in the Avesta as " Θraētaona", is the same as Fereydun and means the possessor of three powers. This name was chosen for this game because it features three different characters as the main playable characters: Mehrdad the Warrior, Adar the Mage and Attar the Bard. Each of these three characters takes a different path in a story, and only by taking all the paths and playing with all the characters will the secrets of the story be revealed. The game's graphics are inspired by Iranian-Islamic buildings and architecture, and based on feedback received at foreign exhibitions, they are competitive in the global market. For example, the city bazaar is based on the bazaars of Tabriz and Zanjan, as well as the Zain al-Din caravanserai.
