Pretty simple, if you like Grisaia then buy it. Only a 2h playtime but worth it for the $8.09.
Also a side note. Ignore the nudity tag. This game has no sexual content (and no there is no nudity patch).

Similar to Afterglow, Melody is a Labyrinth sidestory that easily could fit within the main story of that game. Unlike Afterglow however, which was just something that could have happened but was never actually talked about in Labyrinth itself, Melody takes a brief ~5 minute plotline that existed in Labyrinth and expands upon it into an hour long short...
It's my favourite side story, I enjoyed it more than leisure and afterglow.
It was humorous, lighthearted and interesting to watch.
I really liked Marion.
Generally speaking it's really short and optional. Reccomended only for fans of the series.
