The Loopler is a idle-like roguelite simulation of a car driving in loops. Pick upgrades, place gates and sit back and relax as the mesmerizing loop gets going and the dopamine hits of numbers going up fills your brain. See if you can go endless and beyond.
It's a fun little game... for a while. It's built a lot like Balatro in the way that you gain little bonuses to gain more points, and you unlock harder tracks to run. Aside from that, I consider it an auto-battler. You make a couple of choices, then the game plays itself.
Is it worth buying? Yeah it was fun... But I can't honestly reccomend it to others....
Awesome presentation, but the gameplay feels shallow - once you figure out what works, it's just a matter of whether or not the RNG will give it to you. Still, a fun little game to sink some hours into.
This game has a solid premise, but there are flaws in the design and execution of the game that make it difficult to enjoy and hard to recommend. The premise of this game is that it's basically "Balatro, but with slot cars", and to be fair you can tell that a lot of thought was put into how to translate the rogue-lite structure of Balatro into this...
a fairly simple incremental roguelite but very well done and insane value for the price, give it a go, promise that if you like watching number go up you won't regret it
