There’s nothing wrong with this game, and I mean that emphatically. It runs smoothly, the movement is well calibrated, and I didn’t encounter a single glitch. However, a good game doesn’t just have nothing wrong, it also has to have a lot right. So, whilst, Steel Defier was undeniably enjoyable, I can’t in good conscience give it a rating any higher...
I beat the game and earned all 1000g in roughly 25 minutes of playtime. For $5 it’s an easy sell for achievement hunters out there, and one of the better playing achieve games I’ve played.
