RUNOUT is a fun 2D platformer set in a cyberpunk era with mostly basic controls and extra abilities like slowing down time.
Your character will also keep moving non-stop, a bit speedrunner-like, but this makes the challenges on your routes and also solving puzzles a little less easy, only when you hit an object or a wall you will change direction, you...
Graphics: pixel art is quite decent. Especially I liked cutscenes.
Music: soundtrack is good. If you're into synthwave, you're going to like it.
Gameplay: basically it's a runner with a couple of gimmicks. Nothing revolutionary but enjoyable.
Recommended for everyone who likes a hardcore challenges!
It reminds me of Bit. Trip Runner but in the style of cyberpunk.
The platform mechanics fit perfectly into that setting.
I really like this game.
music is neat, the autorunner is odd. it makes the game feel less fine-tuned (direction wise) than other platformers

Opening content available does not make a compelling case for why this game was designed as an autorunner as level design/flow does not reward that style of play.
