Terrible. I've played all of the Roads of Rome series. This isn't it. They just tossed out the RoR gameplay and now it is essentially exactly like Northern Tale. Not even remotely challenging, even on hard. Super disappointed.
I enjoy most of the games made by this developer, one this particular one the maps don't really flow very well.
You'll find yourself stuck grinding a single resource for hours and hours, it's ok, it's just not as good as the others they've made.
TL;DR: It's fun, challenging time management game. Compared to the classic Roads of Rome games it is upgraded with new mechanics. If you like the classic game, buy it already!
The main objective of the game is to repair the road and complete additional objectives within a given time. You have to remove all obstacles, build bridges, defeat opponents....
I'm so disappointed. ROR is my favourite time management game, but this version is really annoying. Even in hard mode i have to wait too much for resources, and it makes the game boring. And the game is buggy, sometimes it doesn't count my finished tasks, and i have to restart the program and do the level again.
I have the full collection. The Portals Collectior's Edition is the best and challenging. I like the hidden treasures' hint where I know what I am suppose to serve for unlike the previous edition. Keep up the good works.
