A simplistic 2D platformer, where you play in an setting which seems to be set during the industrial revolution and you bring joy and happiness to the kids by giving them balloons. The puzzles aren't that hard just requires sequential thinking, but sometimes the character phases through the map while jumping which is probably a bug.
