Ratten Reich is a grim and unforgiving world, where war has continued for many years. The war is fought between rats, mice, roaches and lizards alike. Slum like cities, burnt corpses, steam tanks, soldiers in imperial uniforms and armor.
I started playing it in 2024, it was an incomplete game with just an intro now I came back and 2026 after the company announced they were done with the game. They add campaigns but really they are skirmishes without dialogue or story, and it is just arcade RTS almost. They AI just charges which would be a turkey shoot but all the machine guns and artillery...
The lore is definitely great, game had potential as well, but fatal crash bug is unplayable.
Regardless the good lore and its potential, and let along some bugs(soldier selecting bug and grouping bugs), the game does not have save option, but with unknown game crash bug, you only complete the missions/campaign with the luck of game not crashing, otherwise,...
Don't bother.
They released it out of early access and have done basically nothing with it since, it still feels unfiinished.
