Unplayable mess. Best to avoid for now (Patch #3). The developers are deluded if they think this is anything other than a broken Early access game marked as a full release.
I work through a lot of bad games with bugs and early access nonsense, but this one is particularly bad. These bugs will break progress as they break basic functions.

While i enjoyed the game i got to rank 9 pretty fast with a few bugs.
Customers will complain if they can't find things that are prescription only even though you physical can't display them.
You can offer prescription only medication to those who ask for help, i am not sure if that is intended.

I wanted to like it but its got so many bugs at the moment the sound cannot be controlled it stays loud no matter how much u turn it down and the ease of checking out is kinda slow. also customers speaking english would be nice. * edited after more play* i can see the potential here I will also edit again after more play.
Asset flip, buggy generic store sim. The game is fairly new, so minimal features are included, and I beat the game in about 7 hours. Saying that, im a sucker for sim games so I enjoyed it. Dont expect much from this if you buy it. Atleast updates come here and there, the other pharmacy store sim is abandoned.
it is a good pharmacy game. only bug found now was the boxes sometimes go crazy when you drop them on the floor, but that's only sometimes. it is a short game for now, but i'm sure they plan on adding to it. Only comment to the devs is the customer feelings in the lower left corner is a bit small, but otherwise a great game.
