In Pandemic Train you are in charge of the crew aboard a train roaming the postapocalyptic wasteland, ravaged by both war and a deadly plague. Your goal is to survive long enough to discover the cure… or die trying. Humanity’s fate is in your hands! Start your journey now!
I felt like this game is a mix between the base management of This War of Mine, the roguelike pathing of games similar to Die in the Dungeon, the combat of Moonlighter, and the story of Last of Us with extra steps.
Unfortunately, it doesn't do any of these influences great. It's just kind of "ok".
It also feels like the game thinks its harder than it...
not bad as a small game!
Regular plot with good enough resource management. I like the art style and focused on the resource management gameplay and skipped all fighting scene with auto explore (well, since fighting part isn't the strong suit of this game anyway)
I finished the game once already while I am writing this review. Would still recommend...
