I tilted my monitor and nothing happened. Then I tried tilting my keyboard and mouse. I even tried tilting my coffee maker. Still nothing. Game must be broken.

I don't think the game was modified enough from, I assume, phone to computer. It's not a horrible game, but it doesn't really work well and the physics aren't all that good. Oftentimes it felt more like luck when certain things happened, and there was no real indication as to how many stars needed collected to get one or two stars on the level, but...
If you like cell phone games you will like this. It gets really boring really fast. It's a low thought low effort game, very casual.
Nice and chill game, some variation of Angry Birds, where you need to collect stars and toys for cute panda cutting off rope holding it and tilting screen. Some levels are boring, some are fun, panda costumes are quite cute. Game itself is not very long (~3-4 hours for 100% achievements) however it's price is so low, so it worth every penny.
