Survive on a remote Island, where a mysterious Outbreak awakens bloodthirsty monsters at night. Craft, build and defend your base in the brutal world of Outbreak Island, an open-world sandbox survival horror game.
So far so good!
I've spaffed about £150 on the Steam sale so far and this little gem seems to be the best purchase.
Eye wateringly ambitious little game with lots of quests, pretty large world to explore, with driving, farming, looting, shooting, swimming, diving, exploring, crafting, renovating, hunting, fishing and yet more skills to learn. There's...
I am 100% a casual gamer, I play on easy when available, and just really enjoy a good story. This game has me hooked. It says early access, and yes, even to my untrained eye and lack of experience I can see there are some things than need to be fixed. I, however, am not going to criticize because I can't program or code or any of that. What I will say...
For a 1 man effort i think this game is a great effort, yes its early days but it shows real promise. Some people are to quick to complain after all it is early access and the whole idear of early access is to get in at the begining and help check for bugs etc. To the developer great job thus far keep up the great work i cant wait to see what this ...
Game feels unrewarding to play. Killing a mini boss results in a few scraps of crafting materials even after you waste most of your ammo killing it. Looting container also provides barely any materials for crafting. Combat is janky where enemies can sometimes double hit you. Game has potential but as it stands right now i cannot recommend it.
Not even going to entertain something that uses 10+ AI images in the opening 'cinematic' when you claim the "The vast majority of the game's art, logic, and design is handcrafted."
