do not buy. this is sadly not a finished game. i really hoped it was. but this is just a paid version of the demo that was free. and when i got to the end of what i thought was going to be the first level, it just said "thanks for playing the demo" and ended.......
Wait a minute... Is this really just the demo? After about half an hour, I reached a point that said (press) "space to end demo", then I got an ending and credits scene before ending up back in the main menu. Maybe that was an oversight, but the devs haven't shown any activity at all here. So, big heads-up.

If you find yourself being drawn in by the artwork, go for it. Paloma Dawkins is an incredibly talented artist and this game was a beautiful immersion into the worlds she creates. It is a short experience, but difficult to describe without comparing it to other games or artwork, and that's a habit I think we should be avoiding. Her work really is special...
Absolutely beautiful! The worlds feel so alive and creative. I found myself often stopping and sitting, watching in amazement. The way movement led to even more elaborate art was magical. Check out Gardenarium here on Steam and everything that Apocablyss has on itch.io
