Night Slashers: Remake is ok at best. It’s nothing special; it’s extremely generic and bland. Also very short and bosses, who should instill fear, are just big cronies. It could be some way to pass some time, solo or with friends, but other than that, it’s hard to recommend Night Slashers: Remake knowing there are much, much better beat’em up available....
A Final Fight-like fighting game with a horror flavour seems the perfect recipe for success. Night Slashers: Remake doesn't reinvent the wheel, but it's a well-polished product that will give you and your friends some quality time, with single-screen co-op for up to 4 players.
As a fan of the genre, I was somewhat disappointed with Night Slashers Remake, as it is almost impossible to make comparisons, and I felt that I would have almost preferred the pixelated version.
