NASCAR Heat 4, at its core, is still an amazing NASCAR experience. The physics are tight and what you expect to feel when driving. The A.I. seems smarter, and even if it isn’t, they still do a great job of reacting to your presence on the track. But even with how good the core is, the game is still plagued by a career mode that needs some more work...
One and only choice for NASCAR fans with a lot of circuits, but not so good AI and destruction system.
NH4 is still fun to play, but there just isn't enough newness here to make upgrading to this version a necessity. If you own, love and still play NH3, I'm not sure you'll find NH4 a must-have for your collection.
NASCAR Heat 4 still has its issues, but Monster Games' long overdue overhaul finally makes this the game that the series has always tried to be.
The controls feel good, the gameplay feels good, and I like the variety that`s on offer within it.
