This is a port over of a Switch game, and it plays like it. Very simple mechanics, decent graphics, runs easy on my PC. The vehicle handles well is one plus, but the gameplay is very .... shallow. There is no days, there is always patients available both in clinic and on farms. All exams are guided and it tells you what to do and there is only treatments...
