Reception

Monster Monpiece is a very engaging time. It is easy to lose yourself in the game when it comes to playing it.

To say the least, the port is quite decent with the ability to play with either a controller or a mouse and keyboard. My biggest gripe, however, is that there is no online mode to battle against other people like in the original PS Vita version, which may affect whether or not someone wants to buy the game. However, the cards are uncensored in the PC...

A fun game with surprising depth to its strategy elements. However, the heavy focus on fan service may leave players feeling more than a little uncomfortable.

Monster Monpiece is certainly not the average digital card game. Upgrading cards requires players to rub down their would-be monster girl soldiers and it features a heavy dose of visual novel style storytelling. It is, however, an okay story at best and a decent card battler. It doesn't stand out much from the field other than its "Crush Rub" upgrade...

Monster Monpiece is an interesting spin on the trading card game style that has been quite popular over the last few years. A well thought-out blend of collection and strategy, with card art created by more than 5fifty different artists and a plethora of re-imagined mythological creatures, now available for your "viewing pleasure" on PC.
