I won't recommend Men of War II unless the internet requirement is lifted. They didn't seem to back down at first, but that may change. Even if this is fixed, we have a watered down MoW game even in the best case scenario.
A decent-to-good WW2 RTS with a puzzling always online requirement
Men of War II is a deeply strategic and intense title that makes every decision, whether big or small, mean something.
Continuity with the past has always been part of Men of War's modus operandi, but this makes the absence of half the factions all the more jarring. The campaigns also seem to prioritize quantity over quality, and this is especially obvious in the voiceover department.
Men of War 2 offers many hours of fun and you can unlock a huge amount of units. The game contains a large number of modes for single-player RTS players and this is a game that you can easily purchase without ever touching the multiplayer. The battles feel impactful and the direct control provides a breath of fresh air compared to many other RTS titles....
