Unfortunately, the Wasabi version is still on old version 1.x content.
It lacks the major 2.0 update (Dec 2022) in the JP version that includes:
- A new extra dungeon
- New transformation sequence in the OP
- 8 new extra H events

Not sure where to start with this... The entire game is pretty much dependent on the patch. Difficulty is not a thing. You INPUT your level at the start, that's the difficulty. 90% of the game is running around being harassed and stripped by every single mob, including bosses, where it's almost entirely just a punishment style kink. Probably okay for...
I found this to be a very solid title. There is a decent amount of variety in different enemies that do different things. The game settings are left wide open in terms of how difficult the game is. Things like status effects, gear strength, character level (at the start of the game which determines game difficultly) how easy quick time events are etc....
