Reception

House 2 is an excellent sequel to its precursor, essentially surpassing it in every way, shape or form. It boasts a beautiful art style, satisfying gameplay, and charming characters. It is, however, held back by an aimless and confusing world building which leads to an unsatisfying ending.

All of the charm of the first game is absolutely not present in the second game, coupled with GITGUD "boss fights" in a game where you can only take one hit. They're not difficult. Just tedious, especially if you want to see everything the game has to offer. Smaller Hallways with multiple instant death obstacles waiting for you, for -some- random reason....
