It's the early '90s. After a couple of cops frame him for homicide, Carl "CJ" Johnson is forced on a journey that takes him across the entire state of San Andreas, to save his family and to take control of the streets.
Put the original versions back up for sale. Stop bullshitting with these weird ass unreal engine remasters.
Any body telling you this game is "fixed" or "improved" in any way is purely coping, the game still plays awfully, the graphics are horrid and the missing music and censored artwork does not make this a definitive edition in the slightest, do not buy this game.
why is a goddamn game from 2004 only playable with your sorry excuse for a rockstar client? its literally unplayable thx for nothing
You know what? The old version is far better than this one. This version is riddled with glitches and crashes due to errors; I can't even complete some missions because the game freezes up. Plus, the original feel and flavor of the game have been lost. I have no idea if there will be an update to fix all these issues or not.
OG players knew Grove street more than their own neighbourhood.

Back then... this was my first GTA game, in fact among the first few games I played. I have spent shit ton of time in Grove street. Replaying all of this again made me relive the memory. I don't see games like this as just a pastime, for me they are a memory and experience...
