Galactic Ruler offers real time strategy game play at both planetary level and in space! Lead your faction in diplomacy or conquest across a procedurally generated galactic map where any system might hold hostile enemies or resource riches.
Extremely counterintuitive and inconvinient UI with some major bugs. I spent more time fighting and figuring UI than I spent playing.
Examples of why I think it's counterintuitive:
- Right clicking planet allows you to build facilities but not ships despite both being built on the same planet
- Selecting shipyard does not lead to construction menu in...

They flatly released an unfinished product...
I'll start by saying it really pains me to give this game a bad review. I love BattleGoat Studios. I love what they've been doing, I love, for all it's quirks, the Supreme Ruler titles. And I do love space-themed 4X games.
Tl/dr: This game is a miss. If you don't know and love this studio already, do yourself a favor and buy Supreme Ruler: Ultimate...
