Maybe there is PvE but not at first, all you can do is fight arena. It is slow, it has a poor interface. No way in battle to tell what abilities do, you have to click a character in your squad to see its stats but then that also unequips them from your squad. No cancel if you click on a character you have to move them next. Just an overall cheapness...
During the tutorial, when I got to placing my squad in formation, I couldn't continue. The tutorial overlay was mismatched so I couldn't drag the heroes onto the board. After about 20 seconds the game crashed.
I started it again and skipped the tutorial. Now I could create a squad and place in formation.

Extremely clunky and under-baked
The premise of the game is promising but, it needs a lot more work in optimising game play and smarter UI changes for example, being able to hover over an ability/attack and being able to see what it actually does.
Game seemed to crash in the middle of a match and then present a block of text all in Russian.
