Like its predecessor, players take the role of a dungeon keeper, building and defending an underground dungeon from the would-be heroes that invade it, as well as from other keepers. In the game's campaign mode, the player is charged with recovering the portal gems from each area in order to open a portal to the surface.
this is a game i keep coming back to, the sandbox elements as well as the "tower defense" challenges make it a classic top down game. I wish there were more like it!
This is an old classic game I used to play when I was a young teen. It is great! I love that it works really well on my laptop that I got in 2022. The game is worth playing because its more of a relaxing strategy game and you can pause and save it when it takes a while. I like that I have to find and search for my target, while planning out the strategy....

One of my favourites. An oldie but a goodie. Unique in it´s kind.Played many hours in the last 40 years. Amazing to see that there even was a 3d mechanic system.
