Dreams of an Exile is a yuri story with exploration elements. Play as Lyra, Explore the world, Meet other exiled girls, Experience your first love, Use a super boot to jump the pits, Cut the trees, Break stones, Swim, and much more. Everything in a cute pixel art style.
Not a bad concept. I like the idea of jrpg styled game without battles (JRPG battles can be tedius).
Controls can feel floaty and not precise at time. Great music, ok level design, great art style. It's 2 dollars, can't really complain too much. Short and sweet. Free NSFW Dlc if you like that kind of thing.
Pros: Cute Lesbians, casual gameplay, cool...
Hey there, first review! Lets get to it:
To start off, I'd like to say I've found Dreams of an Exile quite charming and I'm a little surprised it doesn't have more of a following.
It's nothing mind-blowing but rather a cute little rpg maker puzzle game without any sort of (often tedious) battle elements one might expect when stumbling upon something...
Short and simple, but made with passion. I recommend it~
This game does not like the steam deck.
I havent manage to play much since my PC is out of commission right now and while the cobtroller isseues are possible to work around with som remapping boy, this game sure crash alot!
Cool exploration and minor puzzles + platforming. Good stuff for only that.
The yuri stuff on the top, and you have a game.
Only real complaint is that you have to save often because the game froze completely ~6 times during my play. Only way to continue seems to be to close the game and reload latest save.
The story isn't great either, but that's not...
