Definitely not the best game, but definitely not the worst, at least you wouldn't wind up being doubly cross after playing this.
As it is, though, there's too much in Double Cross that either bores or frustrates for the quality moments to be worth struggling towards.
Excellent platforming action elevates Double Cross, but weak combat and a half-baked mystery-solving element keep it from reaching great heights.
