Dominus Gladiatus is a brutal gladiator management simulator where you recruit, train and equip gladiators and make life or death decisions throughout a deadly tournament against rival Domini.
The idea here is great, but the execution is a very slow, slow grind and repetitive waiting and waiting and waiting. You spend more time in this game watching your gladiators train than anything else, as the day goes by in real time and you just sit there and watch. It's interesting at first, but gets old pretty fast. This is not a sustainable game...
Played this shit on easy, freaking rng bullshit. Still lost in the end with maxed gear and nearly maxed stats. Basically have to perfectly manage the gladiators. I love the managing part, but if i have to PERFECTLY manage them on easy mode, god help the poor soul trying to do this on hard. Also for $16, there should be wayyyyyyy more content. endless...
After finishing the game, I can honestly say it's just bad.

Let me start by saying that I really enjoyed Dominus Gladiatus. I already wrote in my demo review that this game has enormous potential and that I was hoping for further development. I bought the full version without hesitation, and I absolutely don't regret it, because the...
Having beat the main campaign takes about 3 hr. I can safely say that this game isn't worth the price tag. It's a fun enough game, but there is very little content outside just training the gladiators and fighting them. I got so bored that on the second to last person, I was able to just ignore every fight till i was forced to fight. I expect more for...
