The latest entry in the Digimon franchise was well worth the wait, arriving on Switch 2 in fine form with a performance standard that puts its closest rival to shame. Digimon Story Time Stranger's monster-battling is as fun as ever, and the time-hopping, dimension-crossing story is a blast from start to finish.
Of course there are minor cuts and differences compared to other versions, but in my opinion they are not insurmountable differences, since the gameplay experience remains the same, with a technical aspect that will allow you to enjoy the game practically the same as on other platforms .
This is the best Digimon game to date. Vibrant, highly detailed anime-inspired visuals, memorable cast of characters and approachable and mechanically rich gameplay are sure to appeal to both newcomers and longtime fans. Narrative continually delivers surprises, while diverse environments - ranging from digital jungles to ominous towers of forgotten...
Impressive efforts with a few noticeable problems holding them back. Won't astound everyone, but is worth your time and cash.
