THE SEAS HAVE RISEN A cataclysmic event has forced humanity to build undersea environments to survive. Now 500 years have passed and we are in decline. Pirates, raiders, androids and worse things scour what is left of these habitats looking to survive. Find cover and attack enemies but be careful because every move is critical if you want to keep your team alive.
You’ll have fun plumbing the depths with this squad-based strategy title, until you realize the variety is a bit shallow.
Not everyone will love Depth of Extinction's open-ended campaign as much as I did but it's a top-notch SRPG no matter how you slice it.

As long as the pixels and difficulty level don't deter you, Depth of Extinction is a solid game that rewards tactics and squad play.
There's a lot to love about Depth of Extinction, and that'll be doubly true once the bugs end up being patched out, but a game needs more than excellent combat to stand out.
