While it’s by no means a bad shooter, Demon’s Crystals doesn’t have much to offer to help it stand out from the pack. Its lack of content and somewhat repetitive nature make it a more ideal recommendation for shooter fans looking for a nice arcade shooter on sale
Demon’s Crystal by StarCruiser Studio is described on xbox one as, “a frenetic twin stick shooter where you guide the Urican demons through countless hazards in order to restore peace to the world.” Now I don’t know about you but that is one of those cringe worthy moments for me as a gamer. Overall, the game is fun and can be addictive. Its simple gameplay makes it very easy to pick up and play. I feel that it can be satisfying for those who like a good challenge and just keep at it. It’s also a nice escape for those kinds of gamers who just want to mix it up.
Demon's Crystals can be played in short bursts or for longer sessions as it has a lot of replayability. There's a trophy for getting all characters up to level 60, so if you're aiming at getting all trophies, you'll be playing the game for a while. The game is an all round enjoyable release both in singleplayer and co-op, and a steal at only $4.99.
