I assume it's made by a russian dev ,at first i thought he seems to have a good command of the English language

Two-tone noir crime adventure. Not for everyone, the puzzles are quite difficult despite the help button. The atmosphere is worthy of the game it is, despite the low budget graphics. Soundtrack that fits well. Personally this game is to be taken with due precautions as you may need a guide to finish it. Taking screenshots causes a slowdown in the game....

have you ever played a fever dream? the game is obtuse and weird but there's something... incredible about the whole atmosphere. its not necessarily a good game, but it was certainly a very interesting experience.
