Slightly towards yes. Strategy with a bit mobile like attitude and forced tuts. At least it recovers from it by introducing some cool vehicles, mechs and artillery. This would have been a great game 20 years ago. The XCOM-style base building is nice, but the fights are just boring, thanks to the fact that it is a recycled mobile game.
