Crazy I have now played the same game three titles ago before this one.
Better than most of the other games in the series. Battles rely a lot more on tactics as opposed to taking advantage of the enemy AI like many missions in previous entries. Specifically I really enjoyed the Battle of Gilgal Church fighting as the Union, where you have inflict 90% enemy casualties within a short amount of turns. The Confederates are...

This game is good. Basic.
If you like civil wars, then you have to play with this.
I think the price is expensive, but you can get all Civil War games in a bundle.
You can complete it very easy, and you can get all achievements.
As the title states, deals with the fourth year of the American Civil War. Gameplay is as most HexWars games. Decent array of scenarios. If you are comfortable with HexWars style, recommended.
