If you plan to play this game just for the online leaderboards, not only are you wasting your time due to a lot of players moving to Dear Days 2, but the amount of DLC you need to even become "meta relevant" is going to ruin you financially. And no, I don't recommend getting Dear Days 2 either, it has the same problems as this first game & MORE...
But...
Truly atrocious. The Ai's chances to get a trigger during their turns are just boosted to an insane degree that it does not matter whether you're playing normal or hard mode. The trigger rates on your end on the other hand are just bad that you are likely to draw trigger cards at moments you don't need them, it is just so bad.

I suppose I can't be too angry, given that I got this game for 93% off. It was interesting to learn a new game and figure out how things worked, plan strategies, and make a deck that felt like it could fire on all cylinders.
But playing the AI (my only option, since online is probably dead at this point) was such an agonising experience I couldn't keep...
