The base game offers two factions: the United States Army and the Global Revolutionary Movement. Fight in rural areas, factories, railway stations or in towns and use the environment to your advantage. Cover is everywhere, and almost everything can be destroyed. An unseen amount of challenges are awaiting you in exciting online combat supported by Steamworks!
The game allows you to command your units in the classic real-time strategy mode or to fight directly by taking control over an individual vehicle in the 3rd person action mode.
Genuinely good game, its super fun to play around with, the only problem with this is that it development stopped early compared to gates of hell: ostfront

With some mods like Warfighter this is easily a 8/10 classic RTS game for those who love modern warfare games with MBT tanks suck as Abrams and Leopard and T80/T90 as it does modern combat far better than War thunder online MMO cringe. for me the game is a 9/10 tho :) , have a good day and enjoy gaming if you do my brothers and sisters comrades!
Clunky, crashy, not suited to large battles, and worst of all the keybinds and expected functions do not match up with the in-game control documentation. I gave it a chance and it came up very short.
One of my favorite strategy games of all time, i love how city cqb works in topdown and i love how immersive the game can be, theres not many other games out there that let you go from comanding a platoon of tanks to activly being a soldier in first person, easiest 5 stars ever the only thing id like to see is even more zooming out from single infantry...
