Bouncer Story, a retro-inspired film-noir featuring a protagonist working as a bouncer to pay off a gambling debt to the underground mafia controlling the city. As a bouncer you are seeing, hearing and experiencing all kinds of events in the your daily work controlling the entrance to a bar.
My playtime: 5h (based on Steam, finished the game, Kiss of Death ending)
Intro
Bouncer Story tells a story of you, a bouncer, who suddenly amassed a lot of debts in a single day from gambling. The thing is, you're in debt to the mafia, and there's no telling of what they will do if you can't pay the debt in time. You'll have to use your wits to earn...
The game is really buggy and despite me reporting this no one has got back to me. The game speed is extremely fast although it is not meant to be and over all has ruined my perspective on what looked like a promising game.
So if you like light resource management games you will enjoy this game. I played it for almost 4 hours straight yesterday and the time just flew. I did finish my first playthrough in this time so it is a short game but fairly priced around 5 bucks cause it's pretty fun.
I am having the same issue as some others have stated with extremely fast gameplay with no options or solutions to the issue. Game is literally unplayable.
Picked it up on sale, and honestly only because I'm an ex-bouncer myself. I enjoyed it, and it was definitely worth an hour and a half of my time, but there's not really enough for me to come back.
