While it's one of the better stories in the franchise, the terrible mission design hobbles the DLC. This is not the DLC Borderlands 3 deserved to go out on.

“Borderlands 3: Psycho Krieg and the fantastic Fustercluck” may not be the longest DLC in the franchise but it still sticks true to what you’d expect for a Borderlands DLC. While the concept is very similar to past DLC’s of previous games from within the series, the underlying message about mental health, coping, the loss of a loved one, and depression...
Psycho Krieg and the Fantastic Fustercluck is unfortunately more a fustercluck than it is fantastic.
The DLC's expansion on Borderlands' lore and storytelling is arguably noteworthy and shouldn't be dismissed. I'd say it's a chief reason to fork over money for this new addition.
Despite once again proving that the DLCs for Borderlands 2 were considerably better than those for B3, Psycho Krieg and the Fantastic Fustercluck is an excellent addition to close the season of downloadable content for B3 and its best expansion among the four of the Season Pass.
