Something about Jack King-Spooner's games always give me this pit in my stomach as I'm playing them. It is a good feeling and a bad one, it is downbeat and it is uplifting. There's always something to consider, and I'm always glad I've taken the time. Beeswing is certainly no exception.
Yup, this is art alright. Made me feel things, be thoughtful, and expand horizons. It's like a buck and like 3 hours if doddling, both of which are worth it
Very Scottish. I'm not saying we're all generally melancholy or morbid, but there's something about the way we process grief that is quite well-articulated here. There's a sincerity to it, too - I miss the Scottish countryside, but I'm also glad I no longer live there.
