Things that I would love to see changed though -

a) the scrap / used parts can start piling up in the garage quite a bit and it's a little tedious going back and forth to the dumpster, would love a "scrap" button...

b) you burn through cash really quickly on the repairs, that are very often, the cash is really tight (maybe that was the point tho, idk...) This is, simply put, the best Group B(eater) Sim out there. I've been waiting a LONG time for a game like this.

I highly recommend muting the music and blasting eurobeat at a similar level to the engine noise. If you aren't already a grassroots rally fan, it will awaken something in you.

Driving feels tactile unlike any other semi casual racer, you will need to anticipate and work with either forcing traction or loss of traction to make the tightest lines on the tracks.

The maintenance and upkeep is a great way to add overarching pressure and challenge without just flat out crippling you after a mistake (Tree + Dirt Rally 2.0 = bye bye credits)

Bias disclaimer

The reviewer has received the product for free and as such may not reflect the perspective of a client purchasing the game.

This Rustbucket game is quite challenging for various levels of drivers. You never get truely bored since theres either the opponents as a challenge, or your own time as a challenge, with a car that progressively tries to wrap you around the nearest fence as it deterioates.

BeaterCore is a very impressive game for it being developed by a solo developer, barraged with a ton of bug reports prior to release.
