Attack of the Earthlings combines turn-based combat and stealth in a dark comedic single player campaign, where you the player, take control of the native alien race to defend your homeworld from the invading humans.
Fun and challenging, though a bit short, with simple graphics and weird interface, Attack of the Earthlings is a good strategy game and brings a very unique and intriguing variation to the genre with considerable success.
The concept offered in this title is quite astonishing, the mechanics flow throughout, and there’s a gem of strategy title that anyone can enjoy, not just fans of the genre.

In the end, I feel like Attack of the Earthlings is worth your money if you’re in the market for an XCOM like game and you’ve already played both XCOM games to death. If lastability and replay value are the sacrifices needed for tight and innovative design, then Attack of the Earthlings signals a welcome change in a saturated genre. I for one welcome our new insect overlords.
