I just came from playing Super Cyborg and this contra run and gun like game is not that good.
The controls feel a bit floaty and some of the sound effects are annoying like Ice gun level 1 , but eventually especially with later levels, the game just gets annoying. Bosses have almost none to no tells about their abilities and there's no way to dodge...
This was a lot of fun and 3 players is more than contra/metal slug it is inspired by. It is cool to have super moves and 2 weapons to alternate between, in addition to easy mode. The demo is easily worth a try if you're on th fence.
Its ok.
The problem I have here is the game isn't bad...but I can think of other Contra clones that are around the same price that do it better. I can even think of one off the top of my head that is 1/2 the price that does it better.
Also It seems some shots just travel through enemies.
But it is enjoyable. I got it in a pack of a bunch of Nuntias...

- some bs hitboxes. tossed pool of poison killed me from a platform above well i was jumping under it. wasnt even close
