Piczle Lines DX isn't a bad game. In fact, it does what it wants to do almost perfectly. There are a ton of puzzles here to solve, from the small bite-sized ones that can be solved in minutes to big, sprawling challenges that can take hours. Unfortunately, it is simply that the underlying concept here simply is not that interesting. This is a boring...
Piczle Lines DX has its flaws but it's still a decent and fun puzzle game. While more game modes and some multiplayer possibilities could be expected given its price, this mixture of Picross with Sudoku has a challenging and fun concept and it knows how to use the capabilities of the Nintendo Switch.
Crammed with picture puzzles Piczle Lines DX feels at home on Nintendo Switch, where the console’s adaptability around your lifestyle will let you methodically chip away at the conundrums that it packs. It isn’t without its imperfections, but the puzzle-obsessed will find much to enjoy.
I definitely recommend Piczle Lines DX to Nintendo Switch owners who are looking for an easy to play and fun puzzle game on Nintendo's hybrid console. There are over 300+ puzzles to do with more on the way, so you'll be spending a ton of time drawing lines all over the place as you enjoy some relaxing puzzle action.
